ORDERING

Q: What if I need to modify my order?

If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please email contact@onetwentytwo.co. Once your order has been prepared for shipping, it cannot be modified.

Q: When I place an item in my shopping cart, am I guaranteed to receive the merchandise?

Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

Q: An item I want is sold out. When will it become available again?

If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase. If the item is part of a seasonal collection, it is possible that the item will not be restocked. With that in mind, if we find an item to be very popular we will prioritize restocking the supply.

Q: I received a damaged product. What should I do?

Q: How do I find out when new styles are releasing and when?

You can stay updated with our latest releases by signing up for our free VIP Club or by following us on social media.

Q: When will my order ship?

ONETWENTYTWO aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically packaged the same day if placed before 2PM PST, but we ask that you allows us 1-3 business days to ship out your order. For more info, check out our Shipping Policy or email us at contact@onetwentytwo.co.

Q: When will my backordered item ship?

ONETWENTYTWO aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for any pre-orders or backorders to ship.

Q: Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our facility in San Diego, California.

Q: My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but I have not received it. What does this mean?
