Shipping Policy

ONETWENTYTWO aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship same day or next day. However, due to large influxes of order that we often receive, it may take 2-3 business days to ship your order. Having experience in the Nail Tech industry, we are very aware of how essential your supplies can be to you and your clients. So, we are 100% committed to shipping out those orders as quickly as we possibly can! If we run into any trouble from our ends, you can expect to hear back from us shortly to help figure things out with you. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship quickly.

If your order is placed on Friday afternoon past 2pm PST, your order could possibly ship out till the following Monday.

Once an order has been completed and shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped.

Issues with our shipping carriers

We are solely responsible for the packages we send out with our carriers prior to dropping off them off for shipment. In the unlikely event that a package isn't delivered on time, lost in transit, or stolen, that falls under the supervision and responsibility of the shipping carrier. In these cases, claim tickets will be submitted for investigation under their respective carriers and to be evaluated after a response has been received. ONETWENTYTWO is 100% committed to their customers and will work as with you as much as possible in a fairly manner.

No International Shipping.

At this time, we are unable to ship to any location outside of the United States. It is definitely something we will monitoring as a growing business and will do so if the opportunity is ideal.
